1. Gender Specialist

Reports to: Project Coordinator

Department: Project Management Unit

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead gender strategy and mainstreaming initiatives
  • Train staff and students on gender inclusion
  • Build partnerships and drive advocacy programs
  • Monitor gender indicators and measure impact

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred)
  • 5+ years experience in gender inclusion, M&E, stakeholder engagement
  • Strong policy knowledge and training experience

2. Career Guidance Counsellor

Reports to: Coordinator of Student Affairs

Department: Academics

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver one-on-one and group career counseling
  • Organize workshops, fairs, and employer sessions
  • Support with CVs, job searches, and interviews
  • Manage internships and career resources

Requirements:

  • Master’s in Guidance & Counselling
  • 10+ years of experience with excellent communication and student support skills
  • Knowledge of TVET systems & CBE

3. Academic Coordinator

Reports to: School Administrator

Department: Academics

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee student affairs and academic support
  • Enforce behavioral and academic standards
  • Manage youth protection and welfare programs
  • Crisis management and quality assurance

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred)
  • 8–10+ years experience in leadership and education compliance

4. School Administrator

Reports to: President/Program Director

Department: Academics

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead academic strategy and daily operations
  • Develop policies, budgets, and improvement plans
  • Manage staff and student performance
  • Promote a culture of excellence and innovation

Requirements:

  • 15+ years’ experience with 5+ in leadership
  • Strong leadership, communication, and strategic planning skills
