The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) is now accepting applications for the 2025/26 AKO Master’s Scholarships, an initiative aimed at empowering students from South Asia, Africa, and Latin America who are passionate about creating positive societal impact.
Funded by the AKO Foundation, this opportunity supports students in the Department of Psychological and Behavioural Science (PBS), a leading centre for research into the human mind and behaviour in a social context.

Eligible Programmes
To be eligible, applicants must apply to one of the following one-year taught MSc programmes:
- MSc in Behavioural Science
- MSc in Organisational and Social Psychology
- MSc in Societal and Environmental Psychology
- MSc in Social and Cultural Psychology
- MSc in Social and Public Communication
Who Can Apply?
Applicants must:
- Be citizens or residents of South Asia, Africa, or Latin America
- Demonstrate financial need
- Show how their studies at LSE will support their future contribution to societal development in their home region
- Hold a conditional or unconditional offer from LSE for one of the eligible MSc programs
Application Deadline: 07 May 2025, 17:00 (UK Time)
To be considered, applicants must:
- Submit their application for admission to LSE
- Receive an offer of admission (conditional or unconditional)
- Submit the Graduate Financial Support Application via the Graduate Application Portal
The scholarships will be awarded between May and July 2025.
